Short answer: no. Here's the full picture — and what to do if you're on an iPhone.
Legado (阅读3.0) is an Android-only open-source reader. The developer publishes APK releases on GitHub (gedoor/legado) only. There is no official iOS version, and the app is not on the App Store. That is the whole, honest answer.
Watch out: apps named "Legado" or "阅读3.0" in the App Store are not this open-source project. Some download pages also label an Android APK as "iOS supported" — you will not get an iOS app from them.
Two practical reasons. First, Legado is maintained by an individual developer as an open-source project; porting to iOS is a large effort with no official resources behind it. Second, iOS requires App Store review, and a reader where "users bring their own content sources" is very unlikely to pass. Don't expect an official iOS app anytime soon.
The built-in Books app handles EPUB well. TXT files can be opened with third-party local-file readers from the App Store.
There is no official iOS implementation of Legado's source system. Community ports exist but are unofficial — evaluate them carefully before installing anything.
